Are your products genuine?
Yes. Everything we sell is sourced through official channels and fully traceable. That is the core of our business.
How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart and check out. You pay securely by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, and we email your confirmation straight away.
Can I order by WhatsApp?
Absolutely — use the chat button in the corner of any page and we will take your order directly.
Delivery & returns
How fast is UK delivery?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Free UK delivery on orders over £40.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide — from single items to bulk pallets. Costs and timescales are confirmed at order.
What is your returns policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Contact us and we will arrange it.
Wholesale
How do I see wholesale prices?
Wholesale pricing is not published on the site. Apply for a trade account — once approved, we share trade price lists and MOQs directly.
Who can open a trade account?
Retailers, pharmacies, salons and distributors. Every application is reviewed personally, usually within 1 business day.
